Casual Play Centre Team Member

To support the day to day operation of the play center, ensuring a safe, clean and fun environment for children and families. Team members place a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, supervising play areas, hosting birthday parties, and assisting in the cafe.

• Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Host birthday parties
• Assist in the cafe ( taking orders, serving food / drinks, basic food prep )
• Clean and reset party rooms, tables and play equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including child safety policies.
• Work collaboratively with the team and follow instructions from supervisor
• Who we're Looking for
• Age 16 + (we welcome junior staff and provide training)
• Friendly, energetic, and good with kids
• Reliable and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
