  • Location : Perth Office - CBD, WA, AU- 22 Nov 2024Join our team as a Contract Specialist and drive excellence in managing critical technology contracts that underpin our business. We're seeking a skilled professional with experience in ICT contract management to lead the delivery of effective and commercially sound agreements. This permanent, full-time role offers you the chance to bring your expertise to a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
  • Your Role in Action
  • Manage ICT contracts effectively, ensuring compliance with our Contract Management Framework.
  • Deliver commercially sound and sustainable agreements that align with business goals.
  • Oversee RFQs and panel arrangements to support seamless procurement processes.
  • Monitor and control contract spend to maintain financial performance.
  • Support complex negotiations and resolve disputes to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide stakeholders with insightful contract performance reports, including KPIs and key metrics.
  • Drive sourcing initiatives to secure the best value for the organization.
  • Develop and implement Contract Management Plans to strengthen governance.
  • Enhance risk management, procurement, and corporate governance practices.
  • Maintain contract integrity through governance aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Manage contract documentation, templates, and notices throughout the lifecycle.
  • Define and implement contract variations or additional works as needed.
  • What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ICT contract management or within an ICT contracts team.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Broad understanding of information technology and industry trends.
  • Commercial acumen coupled with proven conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence, develop and motivate people and behaviours.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field not essential but welcomed.
