• About the role

We are currently looking for highly motivated ELICOS teachers to join our friendly and hard-working team

• Duties & Responsibilities
• Providing quality teaching focusing on all four skills
• Preparing teaching plans
• Engaging students whilst delivering face to face teaching with attention to quality service
• Sourcing new resources for students in all four skills
• Interacting positively with international students from Non-English speaking backgrounds and providing individual support to students
• Assessing students' tests and providing them with appropriate feedback
• Organising practice tests every week and providing feedback to students
• Participating in validation and moderation
• Conducting ongoing professional development
• Other duties as required
• Required Skills & Experience
• A recognised degree of at least three years full-time or equivalent
• Cambridge CELTA or Cert IV?TESOL (or equivalent)
• Atleast 1 year experience in teaching ELICOS
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to deal with students with all abilities
• Excellent ability to support and mentor students
• Excellent ability to engage students in classroom delivery
