Our client in the greater suburbs of Brisbane is looking for an Assistant Manager to come on board in this soon to be revamped establishment.
As an Assistant Venue Manager your key focuses will include :
- Overseeing and assisting all the components of the venues operations
- Leading the team and ensuring they are consistently delivering a quality customer experience
- Maintaining cost controls as well as working with the team on sales-driving initiatives
- Setting the example for your team and driving a strong positive culture
