The Role We welcome a qualified full-time enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to join our team to work across our site located in Whittlesea

You will support the delivery of meaningful activities to enhance the individual wellbeing and lifestyle needs of our residents.

This is more than a typical "lifestyle" role—at TLC, our wellbeing program is designed to enhance our residents' quality of life with meaningful activities tailored to individual hobbies and interests.

Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of holistic wellbeing programs that promote engagement and social connectionProvide individualized one-on-one support for residentsAssist with assessments and care plan reviews to ensure wellbeing needs are metCollaborate with clinical staff to support residents' overall wellbeingCreate memorable experiences—whether it's outings, social events, or unique activities such as a game in our Corporate Box at Marvel Stadium, a lunch at the local pub, or a scenic helicopter joy flight over Phillip IslandWhat you'll be doing Support the delivery of lifestyle and wellbeing programsProvide one-on-one support for residentsReview and evaluation of wellbeing care plans and assessmentsProvide an exceptional stakeholder experienceWork collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure residents wellbeing needs are being metThings that matter to us Certificate IV in Leisure and LifestyleKnowledge of the Aged Care Quality StandardsNDIS CheckProof of eligibility to work in AustraliaWhat we offer Exclusive TLC Employee Shopping Portal access and receive significant wholesale discounts on everyday items$6 employee mealsProgram of employee and wellbeing initiativesEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounted health insuranceFree gym membershipNovated leasingTLC Healthcare operate on a direct sourcing model and request agencies to respect no unsolicited contact for vacancies advertised.
