Team Leader - Landscaper!

Our client design, construct and maintain beautiful gardens, giving life to a range of residential and commercial properties throughout the Augusta-Margaret River, Dunsborough and Busselton locales of Western Australia.

• About the role

Our client is seeking a qualified landscape Team Leader who has the ability to lead a small team on job-sites and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality and within a set time-frame.

• Key Responsibilities
• Managing a team of up to 4.
• The ability to assist in planning, scheduling and the managing of projects.
• Liaise with clients and customers in a friendly manner
• All aspects of landscaping, including; paving, brickwork, retaining walls, timber decks / gates / screening, plant set out and installation

• Skills & experience
• You must have at least 5 years experience working as a landscaper with formal qualifications
• You must have a hard work ethic and be able to work autonomously
• Trade skills or prior handyman skills is desirable
• Have the physical ability to lift heavy objects on occasion
• Have an Australian Driver's License
