Role & Duties

• Managing a tidy residential portfolio
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Conducting routine inspections, lease renewals, and property viewings
• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance
• Managing arrears and lease documentation

• Previous property management experience
• A current Property Management Registration (WA)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
