A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to work within an established ASX-listed company in Perth CBD with an immediate start.

With expansion within the Accounts Payable function, they are looking to grow the team with someone who is passionate and thrives in a supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities : Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for working within a high-volume and fast-paced accounts payable division within a supportive team environment.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to : Processing a high-volume of invoices and credit notes;Account reconciliations;Gaining necessary approvals for payment of invoices;Accurate coding and data input;Resolving queries via email and phone;Ad hoc accounts support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the accounts team.Skills and Experience : At least 3-5 years of end-to-end accounts payable experience within a high-volume environmentAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong sense of ownershipAbility to build strong professional relationshipsEffective and adaptive communication skillsPronto experienceHow to Apply : If this opportunity aligns with your experience and you're enthusiastic about leading impactful Accounts Payable operations, I'd welcome the chance to connect.
