    CORE Community Services is a not-for-profit organisation operating in the South-West Sydney region. CORE is an approved provider of the Home Care Package Program, Commonwealth Home Support Program and a registered NDIS Provider. As an established organisation of more than 40 years, CORE is a preferred provider of choice within the community with a large portfolio of bilingual staff and clients. CORE’s Aged & Disability Care (ADC) established team support the needs of NDIS and Aged Care participants to live the life they want to live.

    An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated, self-driven Support Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for building relationships to our clients while delivering reliable and timely administrative assistance across the programs

    Key responsibilities :

    • Provide direct support to clients and support workers including processing rostering changes and other care related tasks.
    • Responsible for the coordination of CHSP support services including regular welfare checks
    • Assist in the coordination of client services with external suppliers and ordering consumer products
    • Assist with supplier invoices and other general administrative tasks
    • Work collaboratively with the rostering and Care Partners to ensure client receive care and supports that are in line with their care plan and funding.
    • Selection Criteria

      The successful candidate will have :

    • At least two years in a customer centric role
    • Strong interpersonal skills and high levels of resilience
    • Proven administrative experience in a care-focused environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Experience working with CALD communities
    • Fluency in a second language (ie Arabic, Vietnamese, Macedonian, etc…) (Preferred)
    • High attention to details and ability to multitask
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems (CRM)
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners
    • NDIS WorkerCheck and COVID-19 vaccination
