    About the Role :

    • Coordinate day-to-day transport across local couriers and interstate freight
    • Track and log lost / damaged in transit (DIT / GLIT) claims
    • Monitor transport KPI reporting (including DIFOT) and flag service issues
    • Liaise with freight providers, internal teams, and customers to resolve queries
    • Manage bookings and ASN time slots for distribution centre orders
    • Provide general support across both Front of House and Transport functions
    • About You :

      You have a strong admin background, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love keeping things organised and accurate. You're a confident communicator, quick to learn systems, and take pride in your reliability and attention to detail.

    • Administration Skills : You're detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
    • Customer Service Focus : A calm, solutions-oriented communicator across email, Teams, and phone
    • Industry Knowledge : Any exposure to transport, logistics, or 3PL is a bonus - but not essential
    • Technical Skills : Fast typing and basic Excel skills (xlookups and pivots can be taught!)
    • Attitude : You bring a proactive mindset, and you're happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
