Ideally, we are seeking SDRs or Recruitment Consultants who would like to develop into a role providing full visibility over the 360 sales cycle and contribute to growing the Teamtailor brand within the Australia and NZ markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals, and closing new opportunities.
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in areas such as marketing, partnerships, or customer success.
  • Maintain a growth mindset : continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes, and industry.
  • Be a team player : provide ideas, feedback, and support to your peers.

We are looking for someone with :

  • Proven experience in outbound sales.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS platforms.
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • The ability to generate leads from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency to deliver results promptly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
