- Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of digital governance meetings
- Scheduling and planning for board meetings
- Coordination, preparation, and distribution of board papers
- Preparation of reporting packs
- Working with chairs and stakeholders to agree topics and agendas
- Portfolio development and management
- Helping improve and mature the portfolio prioritisation process and systems
- Facilitating the prioritisation of future projects and investments with the governance boards
- Opportunity for involvement in the creation of business cases
- Administration of Digital Initiative Requests
