Drillers Wanted – WA Water Well Projects - FIFO

  • 2 : 1 or 8 : 6 Rosters Available
  • Paying up to $75P / H
  • 12-hour days
  • Weekly pay and superannuation
  • Site Accommodation
  • Meals and Travel Included

CELOTTI WORKFORCE  is currently seeking experienced Drillers to join our Water Well operations in Western Australia. Ideal candidates will have proven drilling expertise and a strong commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Working alongside top-tier clients in the industry.
  • Enjoying flexible rotating shift schedules.
  • Prioritizing safety through daily equipment inspections, general maintenance, completing safety documentation, and adhering to safe work procedures.
  • Leading drill crews and sharing your skills by training Driller Assistants.

    • Our Ideal Candidates :

  • Previous drilling experience in a similar role — essential.
  • Certificate 4 in Drilling Operations
  • Valid HR or HR-B class driver’s license.
  • Current Water Well License.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Ability to successfully complete a thorough pre-employment medical exam, including drug and alcohol testing.
  • First Aid and CPR certification — preferred.
  • Legal right to work in Australia.
