Legal Secretary - Commercial Litigation

This reputable CBD law firm offers a top tier service to a variety of clients including some of Australia's leading companies including ASX listed to private and high net worth individuals.

• The Role

Covering a 12 month maternity leave contract, their commercial litigation team is looking for a bright legal secretary to support at Partner level. You will enjoy taking a hands on approach to both client and file management with duties including :

• Preparing and collating court documents including Briefs to Counsel and Court Books
• Timesheet entry and client billing
• File and diary management including coordinating travel bookings
• Other administrative duties
• Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a legal secretary in another commercial litigation / dispute resolution practice
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Strong technical skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow
