Key responsibilities of the Legal Counsel : Provide legal support across the full project lifecycle of development, financing, construction and O&M Draft, review, negotiate contracts including procurement contracts PPAs, EPC, O&M, and related agreements Provide support on project financing projects Take ownership of matters within current skill set and experience whilst playing a team role in supporting larger or more complex matters, including complex negotiations Key requirements of the Legal Counsel : 4-7 years PQE, qualified in Australia Experienced in renewable energy projects, constructions, and infrastructure in Australia (EA License No.
