About the job : The Sydney Gentle Care Clinic (SGC) is looking for a passionate and dedicated PAEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST with 3+ years experience to join our established and growing interdisciplinary teams of allied health clinicians in Auburn and Gladesville (Sydney NSW).
This role involves providing high-quality clinical services to a primarily paediatric caseload, including client-focused assessments and therapy. This role involves providing high-quality clinical services to a diverse caseload, including client-focused assessments, therapy and report wri ng.

Responsibili es include :
- Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, including a dynamic blend of clinic-based sessions with families, home visits, school visits, childcare visits and remote work.
- Developing and implemen ng individualised therapeu c treatment plans to improve ac vi es of daily living and independence.
- Conduc ng comprehensive assessments and providing reports to document client progress and provide recommenda ons for future therapeu c plans (including but not limited to ini al assessment reports, ongoing progress reports, plan final reports and func onal capacity assessment reports).
- Coordina ng group programs, intensive therapies, one-on-one parent consulta ons, group workshops and community screenings.
- Frequent and transparent collabora on with families and our mul disciplinary team to ensure holis c care.
- Working closely with and providing guidance to our occupa onal therapy assistants to ensure effec ve and consistent delivery of care.
- Managing Medicare EPC / CDM referrals, including accep ng GP-referred clients, delivering chronic condi on-focused therapy, providing progress reports, and ensuring Medicare compliance.

About you :
