Our client is an Australian software house who specialise in solutions for the wine making, production and distribution industry worldwide. They pride themselves on the customer service they provide customers and their solution which allows clients to keep compliant and get on with the job of producing wine and spirits.
- Provide support to end users via the helpdesk team.
- Assist with the data migration process of new customers as required.
- Participate in our rotating on-call program for our customers.
- Provide desktop support to internal staff.
Ideally your practical skills will include :
Basic scripting, macro or automation skills.Strong MS Excel exposure or practical experienceYou'll have an excellent phone manner and enjoy working with customers to resolve complex issues.You'll have an excellent command of English both written and spoken.Experience or knowledge with MySQL or similar relational databases.You'll be highly motivated and organized with an amazing attention for detail.You're able to work well in a dynamic but small team environment that requires multiple hats to be worn.You are approachable, energetic and fun loving, but are highly professional at the same time.Qualifications and Experience required :
Tertiary qualification from Australian university in Computing, Information Systems, IT, Networking / Systems or similar disciplineCustomer service experience in any capacity.This is a superb opportunity for a recent computing related graduate looking to gain an opening into the software industry.
