  • As the

    • Programs Coordinator
    • you will play a pivotal role in driving key education and engagement initiatives, combining your strengths in project management and executive support to deliver high-impact outcomes across the Education portfolio.
    • You will coordinate a diverse range of activities, support strategic project delivery, and provide high-level administrative and operational assistance to senior leadership, contributing directly to the success of innovative programs that shape the University's educational priorities.

      Your key responsibilities will be to :

    • work within a dynamic team, reporting to the Strategic Project Specialist, Education
    • provide end-to-end project management support, including planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and process improvement to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
    • support the development and implementation of project governance frameworks, business cases, audit reports, and WHS compliance across project activities
    • coordinate project logistics and maintain high-quality project documentation, tools, templates, and data integrity throughout implementation
    • build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication, engagement, and alignment across teams and external partners
    • deliver high-level executive and administrative support, including diary and travel management, correspondence, briefings, and financial processing
    • contribute to the strategic and operational planning of the office, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and undertake ad hoc projects as required.
    • About you
    • tertiary qualifications and / or relevant experience in a related field
    • experience managing a diverse group of internal / external stakeholders on large or complex projects and the ability to develop / cultivate productive relationships with industry providers and key users
    • demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, using sound judgment, initiative, and discretion in daily operations
    • highly organised with strong planning, analysis, and time management skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines
    • excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with experience in complex diary and travel management
    • strong numeracy and administrative skills, with experience in budget tracking, invoice processing, and supporting project coordination.
