YOUR OPPORTUNITY This is your opportunity to step into a dynamic support role where your organisational strengths and people skills will truly make a difference! You will support the Sales Manager by coordinating client communications, maintaining internal systems, assisting with display home activities, and helping the team stay on top of key sales tasks.
Key Responsibilities : Respond to inbound enquiries and conduct outbound follow-up calls
Qualify incoming leads and allocate to the appropriate Sales Consultant
Support the Sales Manager with reporting, agendas, and process improvements
Manage the shared Sales Inbox and ensure timely, professional follow-ups
Assist with display home coordination, openings, and client walk-throughs
Maintain CRM and dashboards to ensure accurate, up-to-date records
Update land listings and client portals (e.g. MyHome)
Maintain sales documentation in line with ISO-9001 standards
Attend regular sales training and contribute to process improvement
Prepare leads in the daily marketing database
Maintain TV display dashboards as needed
Attend internal meetings and take minutes when required
ABOUT YOU You are a confident communicator, natural organiser, and self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment. You take initiative, use sound judgment to support business goals, and take pride in your professionalism. You bring a values-driven approach to every client interaction and team task.
You will bring : Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration
Strong communication and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience highly regarded (Zoho preferred)
A friendly, professional manner and a willingness to learn
A current Australian driver's licence
Adobe InDesign experience (desirable but not essential)
