Responsibilities : Dealership support function pivotal to retention across sales, service, and parts. Enhance customer experiences through feedback and analysis. Implement effective retention programs while fostering a positive rapport with valued customers. Ideal Candidates : Dealership retention specialists. Delivery coordinators or similar roles.
