Customer Service Coordinator

We have a new opportunity for an experienced

• Customer Service Representative
• to join our Ocean Freight team in Victoria.
• What will be your responsibilities?
• Build strong relationships with our customers
• Champion existing and new products and services
• Resolve customer issues and queries
• Coordinate customer shipments and monitor until destination delivery
• Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date
• Maintain the customers processes and daily requirements
• What are we looking for?
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and authorities which impact on your area of responsibility
• Relationship management and influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, highly service orientated.
• Sound knowledge of air and sea operations both import & export
