• What You'll Be Doing
• Giving away freebies and spreading smiles and good vibes
• Chatting with customers and collecting leads
• Providing top-notch customer service
• Guest registration & event hosting
• Serving food & drinks
• Helping with simple event set-ups and pack-downs
• Step into character and dress up as a mascot or fun costume character (yes, seriously!)
• You could find yourself working at
• Stadiums (NRL, AFL, A-League, Rugby)
• Beaches (sun + free samples = best shift ever)
• Train stations (flyering + meeting new faces)
• Shopping centres (retail pop-ups)
• Expo halls and trade shows (think : cool booths and buzzing crowds)
• Corporate offices
• Who We're Looking For
• Outgoing people with a bubbly personality, positive vibe and a can-do attitude!
• Excellent communicators (English skills on point) who can follow guidelines and procedures with ease
• People who love looking sharp and polished
• Team players who can also shine when working solo
• Dependable and reliable individuals who can commit to the shifts they choose
• Must be reasonably fit (you'll be on your feet having fun!)
• Nice-to-Have Experiences & Qualifications (Not Required)
• Sales / Lead Generation experience
• KPI superstars who love a good goal to chase
• Valid Working With Children Check, RSA, and / or FHC (extra qualifications are a plus!)
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams
• No experience? No worries! We're happy to train you!
