Perth CBD, close to public transport with working from home options after a traning period
- Duties will include but not limited to
- Answering calls and providing information to assist client queries
- Coordinating appointments and providing administration support to the team
- Managing cases and appliying legislation and case notes to determine an outcome
- Chasing up documents and referral letters
- Liaising with healthcare providers and medical experts
- Managing cases and processing multifaceted claims
- Undertake research to inform evidence-based decision making
- Desirable skills and attributes for the role
- The ability to demonstrate empathy and patience for individual's circumstances is essential
- Be client-focused and committed to delivering excellent client service
- An adaptable, positive outlook and willingness to learn
- Proven ability to gather information and make confident decisions
- Previous experience working through claims, grants, casse managemmnt, injury management, finance or experience in the healthcare sector
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow process, policy and legislation with high attention to detail
- Resilience and analytical thinking
- Previous Government experience highly regarded
- Ability to pass a baseline clearance security check
