It is an exciting time, as we are prepare for growth within our organisation after being awarded a brand new contract with the Commonwealth Department of Education, Skills and Employment to deliver Employment Services in in the Perth South region. We are seeking motivated, dynamic people to express their interest in being part of our team as an Employment Partner at our

  • Fremantle, Gosnells and Victoria Park sites
  • part-time minimum 3 days per week, details to be negotiated with successful applicant_
  • As an

  • Employment Partner,
  • you will be responsible for providing wrap around case management for our participants via effective support and education.
  • This includes but not limited to effectively facilitating the participants job search, training, work experience and other activities based on the participants individual personal circumstances in preparation leading to sustainable employment.

  • About you
  • At least 3 years relevant business experience
  • Experience in management, sales or customer service within a service industry such as retail, hospitality, travel, nursing, banking and finance or insurance would be advantageous but not essential
  • Preferred tertiary qualification in a related field
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed planning and coordination skills
  • Negotiation, conflict management and mediation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work towards KPI's

  • Computer literacy
  • Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
  • Hold a current driver's license
