Cleaning Melbourne is a professional commercial cleaning business servicing small to large commercial clients located throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria. With over 500 staff directly employed, CM offers the full range of property services to its clients.

As part of our ongoing efforts to elevate our cleaning services and better cater to our clients, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping our service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest industry standards.

In this role, you will support the Area Manager and wider operations team by :

  • Support and coordinate scheduling of General cleaning services for customers.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule workforce shifts / rosters to ensure effective and efficient utilization of a large and mobile workforce.
  • Engage and communicate with customers to inform and advise upcoming and completed work.
  • Support the team in the delivery of quality specialist service operations across Cleaning Melbourne customer sites.
  • Follow up on customer information requiring schedule changes and updates.
  • Ensure staff have access to roster information and are updated regarding changes.
  • Coordinate operational processes, including service repair quotes, orders, asset inventory, and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping them informed, examining complaints, and providing solutions.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as requested.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in workforce scheduling or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
  • Proficiency in managing and analyzing operational data.
  • Adaptable and proactive with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
