Technical Specialist

The Department for Child Protection is currently looking for a

• Technical Specialist
• to join the ICT and Information Management Services unit on a full-time term basis.

The role is responsible for :

• Liaising with external service providers on a technical level for the resolution of and software faults and other relevant matters to maintain quality customer service.
• Assisting in the ongoing maintenance and upgrade of all server, desktop and network infrastructure to the current supported products including the tracking of assets.
• Coordinating projects and undertaking significant initiatives on behalf of the Infrastructure and Support team.
• About You

Your strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills will enable you to effectively address customer IT issues through analysis and the delivery of practical solutions.
