- Technical Specialist
- to join the ICT and Information Management Services unit on a full-time term basis.
The role is responsible for :
- Liaising with external service providers on a technical level for the resolution of and software faults and other relevant matters to maintain quality customer service.
- Assisting in the ongoing maintenance and upgrade of all server, desktop and network infrastructure to the current supported products including the tracking of assets.
- Coordinating projects and undertaking significant initiatives on behalf of the Infrastructure and Support team.

Your strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills will enable you to effectively address customer IT issues through analysis and the delivery of practical solutions.
