Job descriptionResponsibilities Collaborating with other Project & Change team to define, prioritise, and develop projects. Planning project management, including setting deadlines, mitigating risks, delegating and prioritising tasks Analysis of financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Leaders and Execs Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently Reporting on PMO tools whilst providing data narratives across the Team Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processe Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, managing to budgets, and meeting deadlines. You will have Experience in a dynamic PMO Manager role in either Consulting or Finance A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be highly advantageous 5 + years experience in PMO roles Strong leadership, delegation and communication skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and create calm Strong threshold for data and an ability to create narratives Strong prioritisation skills Good interpersonal and multi-tasking ability
