We are looking for a highly capable PMO Manager for a varied Portfolio. You will be part of a high performing team with a dynamic and varied portfolio. You will have experience in Big 4 consultancy or Financial Services in a PMO role. You will be collaborative, passionate about governance and highly organised.

  • Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with other Project & Change team to define, prioritise, and develop projects.
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, mitigating risks, delegating and prioritising tasks
  • Analysis of financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
  • Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Leaders and Execs
  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently
  • Reporting on PMO tools whilst providing data narratives across the Team
  • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processe
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, managing to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • You will have
  • Experience in a dynamic PMO Manager role in either Consulting or Finance
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be highly advantageous
  • 5 + years experience in PMO roles
  • Strong leadership, delegation and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and create calm
  • Strong threshold for data and an ability to create narratives
  • Strong prioritisation skills
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking ability
