We are looking for a highly capable PMO Manager for a varied Portfolio. You will be part of a high performing team with a dynamic and varied portfolio. You will have experience in Big 4 consultancy or Financial Services in a PMO role. You will be collaborative, passionate about governance and highly organised.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with other Project & Change team to define, prioritise, and develop projects.Planning project management, including setting deadlines, mitigating risks, delegating and prioritising tasksAnalysis of financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocationProviding financial reports and budget outlines to Leaders and ExecsOverseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficientlyReporting on PMO tools whilst providing data narratives across the TeamDrafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processeContinuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, managing to budgets, and meeting deadlines.You will haveExperience in a dynamic PMO Manager role in either Consulting or FinanceA Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be highly advantageous5 + years experience in PMO rolesStrong leadership, delegation and communication skillsAbility to navigate ambiguity and create calmStrong threshold for data and an ability to create narrativesStrong prioritisation skillsGood interpersonal and multi-tasking ability
