Forklift Operator / Warehouse Assistant

Alfresco Emporium is a leading Australian speciality retailer of lifestyle and dining products, supplying global brands, as well as our own exclusive lines.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Storeperson with a forklift licence to join our busy Warehouse team located in Brookvale.

Hours are 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, immediate start.

The role will include the following tasks : Unpacking shipping containersMoving stock from warehouse to retail storePacking and unpacking trucks between shop and warehouseReceiving and processing incoming stockChecking stock quality prior to it being sent to customersPicking and filling ordersIn order to be successful in your application you : must be capable of lifting up to 20 kilosmust be over 25 years old in order to apply to meet insurance requirements of the vehiclesmust have a current Drivers Licencemust have high attention to detailwill have previous experience working in a warehouse.Our team is growing and this role will require the ability to work with others as well as working independently.
