About the Role :

As an Educational Leader, you will work with and support our team of passionate Educators. You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead the team to create a positive and fun working space. In this role, you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children, and team members. Sparrow Early Learning Yarrabilba is a beautiful space where children feel safe and at home. Our dedicated early learning centre was purpose-built with curious little minds at the forefront. We are committed to withholding fantastic relationships with all of our children and families and aim to provide a safe and nurturing home away from home.
