Working closely with the Manager, Delivery Services, you lead and manage a team through change to ensure a positive organisational culture and ensure the highest standards of performance and integrity are achieved; and foster genuine partnerships across all levels of government, industry, and community to deliver organisational outcomes.
In this role you willLead and manage the Regulatory Services Hub to achieve high standards of performance, accountability, ethics, and integrity; assign tasks and responsibilities to the team, provide guidance, and support, and promote a collaborative work environment, and foster professional development and growth opportunities for team members.As an active member of the senior management team in the Information Technology Branch, contribute to the overall operational strategy and direction of the organisation, ensuring a oneEPA approach to the delivery of priorities; build a high performing workforce that is safety and wellbeing focussed, outcome-orientated, collaborative, innovative, professional, and engaged.Lead the Regulatory Services Hub in building, maintaining, and leveraging strategic relationships and partnerships to ensure that the EPA is a trusted and influential authority in advancing the prevention of harm to the environment and human health from pollution and waste; effectively represent the EPA in the local community and at external forums.Own and drive the Hub's pipeline of work in collaboration with the Product Owners, to deliver priority enhancements and improvements to EPAs digital enabled solutions and business processes.Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects from initiation to closure; define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.Skills and experienceA relevant tertiary degree and / or post graduate qualifications in business management, science, information technology, or a related discipline is desirable.Proven experience as an IT Delivery Manager or in a similar role, with an extensive track record of successfully delivering complex digital development projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE, i.e., deep know-how and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation life cycle, customization of entities, plug-in development, workflow development, JavaScript development and security configuration.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organisationTo see the full position descriptionHow to applyNeed to know more?EPA Victoria recognises the value of the diversity, strength, and knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as we work with Traditional Owners to care for our environment.
