The Resort Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and sparkling blue lagoons, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast comprises of approximately 300 guest rooms, multiple award winning restaurants and bars, and various meeting and events spaces, all in an absolute beachfront environment

The Role We are currently seeking an experiencedDoorman to join our Front Office Team on a permanent part time basis. You will have a passion for guest service, value problem resolution, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Some of your duties will include :

Opening doors and assisting guests / visitors entering and leaving the property.

Safely park, retrieve, and manage guest vehicles with care and efficiency, adhering to all hotel and safety protocols (MUST HAVE : Full Manual License)

Informing guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.

You will transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and / or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.

Assist guests / visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading / unloading luggage.

Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation where necessary.

Maintain a polished and professional appearance of the driveway and valet area, coordinating closely with bell and front office teams to ensure smooth traffic flow and luxury service standards.

Successful Candidates To be successful for this role you will : An energetic and passionate approach to providing efficient and friendly service

Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy fast-paced environment

Current unrestricted driver's license is essential.

Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and overnight shifts.

Previous concierge experience in Hotels is preferable.
