• The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Manager to join the team!

• Role responsibilities
• Lead, coach, develop and support the Sales Administration Team in achieving goals & KPI's.
• Improve and mentor those identified future leaders within the reporting teams.
• Staff training on processes / sales / CRM
• Running weekly sales meetings
• Reporting using data & analytics to support and improve business growth.
• Providing reports, presentations, insights, and data for senior management on request
• Participate with key stakeholders to support the sales function as required.
• Liaise with the Sales Operational Manager as required to support the sales process.
• Lead and contribute to the improvement of administrative interactions relating to customer experience.
• Supporting the General Manager - Sales where required

• Automotive Parts / Panel knowledge - able to interpret parts
• Experience in building business relationships / customer service
• Able to analyse reports and interpret
