99,200 - $114,500 + 12% Super

Based in Armadale | Flexible work options

About the Role

  • Leading information and records management improvements across the City
  • Driving upgrades, integrations and user-friendly processes
  • Ensuring compliance with the State Records Act and relevant frameworks
  • Supporting staff through capability-building, training and change initiatives
  • Providing expert advice on recordkeeping, privacy, and data governance
  • Building systems and frameworks that support confident information use

About You

  • Has a Diploma in Information Management — or equivalent experience leading governance, records or digital systems
  • Understands records lifecycles, compliance and information frameworks
  • Has led system improvements or upgrades (e.g. CM9 / Content Manager or similar)
  • Communicates clearly and brings people along during change
  • Thrives on continuous improvement and collaboration
