This is a brilliant opportunity for an Account Manager who has exposure to the fire industry to join one of the industries leading national building services contractors, taking charge of one of their long-standing key accounts!

  • Day to day duties & experience required : _
  • Take full responsibility for the management of a high-profile client that hold several sites involving gas suppression systems as well as some other small commercial accounts_
  • Ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner to maintain a smooth relationship_
  • Track KPI's to ensure client satisfaction _
  • Oversee a team of Technicians that know the site well and ensure work schedules are being adhered to_
  • Look to maximise workloads from existing client accounts _
  • Oversee quarterly shut down works for planned maintenance _
  • Must have NSW Drivers License _
  • Must have 1+ years of experience in Account Management across the fire industry_
