Day One Early Learning Centre - Victoria Point Campus is a boutique, privately-owned early education and care centre located in Victoria Point, catering for children aged 15 months to school aged.

We are looking for experienced early years educators to join our team in a CASUAL capacity, including.

• Diploma Qualified Educators
• Certificate Three Assistant Educators
• Lunch Cover Educators
• Before and After School Care Educators

The suitable applicant will,

• Be a team player who has the ability to work independently
• Show initiative to ensure tasks are completed
• Follow a daily routine for children that maximizes learning
• Good time management skills
• Have experience working in early years settings
• Have strong communication and written skills
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and Standards and Education and Care Regulations
• The ability to nurture relationships with families, children and peers
• Implement strict health and safety procedures
• The ability to set up active learning environments both indoors and outdoors
• The ability to implement an educational curriculum cycle

Skills and Experience

The correct qualifications in line with ACECQA requirements

A valid Working with Children Check

Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma / Anaphylaxis Certificate

National Police Clearance

Medical Clearance (upon request)

Food Safety Training

Covid 19 Training
