Currently we have an opportunity available for a proactive Bookkeeper / Office Administrator and Allrounder to join our team.
- Required skills, attributes & experience
- A minimum of 2+ years in a bookkeeping role (or admin role with bookkeeping / accounts experience)
- Advanced computer skills including high proficiency in Office 365 programs
- Strong admin skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Problem-solving attitude and the ability to produce positive outcomes
- Fast learner
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work
- Willing nature, happy to assist with various elements in the office
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- The ability to work independently within a small team environment
- Working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, your tasks & responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Invoicing
- Processing timesheets / jobsheets
- Answering phones, handling enquiries and liaising with customers
- Accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- BAS & GST preparation
- Payroll, superannuation & payroll tax
- Processing of month-end journals
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
- Liaising with external accountants
- Preparation of financial reports and client specific reporting requirements
- General accounts and admin duties as required
- Ordering stationery, stock and consumables
- Assistance with onboarding
- Supporting upper management and assisting with operational tasks as required

Pay : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule :
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
