About the roleProvide high level, competent administrative and resource support services to the Stakeholder Engagement Unit for information development and provision, community education and the investigation of complaints and reviews as per the Administrative Decisions Review Act (1997). Develop and maintain appropriate record management systems for the Guardian Support Unit, to monitor publications, requests for information and event details, and to ensure the accuracy of such records and the analysis of data when requested.

About youYou have experience in providing high-level administrative and clerical support and excellent customer service.You can manage your time completing set core tasks as well as providing, as needed, administrative support to the broader team, working both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.You can coordinate and manage your work in accordance with Public Guardian policies, procedures, guidelines, directives and deadlines and will negotiate tasks and deadlines with the Manager.You know when to refer more complex enquiries to colleagues and / or Manager and seek guidance from the Manager for issues which cannot be resolved by standard practice and procedures.Sound like you?
