The Opportunity

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for gaining new customers and revenue for Cleanaway and retaining and growing a profitable portfolio of existing customers within the northern ACT geographical territory. As our Territory Manager, you will be accountable for best-in-class account management, pipeline and contract maintenance, meeting Budgets, and key deliverables.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a pipeline of new prospects and major contract renewals being negotiated as per agreed targets and pricing criteria.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
• Utilize Sales CRM to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
