  • About this opportunity

As a Customer Service representative, based at our Synergy manufacturing site located in Tullamarine, you will perform a pivotal role as the conduit between our customers and all areas of the Synergy packaging business. You will provide day

  • to -day customer service to our internal, external and online customers and will enjoy meeting our customers expectations including sales and operations.
  • Your key responsibilities will be to
  • Order Management of all open orders proactively communicating any delays or updates to all internal or external customers.
  • Be a point of contact for all order or product issues and works with all business units to resolve promptly.
  • Manage Web Orders, managing orders in SAP including releasing, customer communication and alerting any web related matters to Synergy Team
  • Your skills and experience

    • To be successful in this role, you'll have :

  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • SAP and Excel experience would be beneficial (but training will be provided)
  • An ability to multitask and solid time management capability
  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
