• Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service, embodying our commitment to the ultimate customer experience.
• Stay updated on Nike products and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
• Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Brand Alignment : We're looking for individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm for Nike and align to the company's values.
• Ability to Provide the Ultimate Customer Experience : Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
• Availability : Minimum 3-4 full days per week over the Holiday season from 1st of November to 31st of December 2024 including key dates Cyber Weekend (29th November - Sunday 1st December) and Boxing Day (26th December)
• All successful applicants will be required to attend a one day paid training camp in the week of 11th November as part of induction.
