Payroll Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst with deep payroll and HCM experience to help shape the future of an industry-leading Cloud Native People & Payroll SaaS solution. You'll join a collaborative product development team on a major transformation project, acting as the bridge between business needs and high-quality software delivery. If you're analytical, detail-driven and thrive in Collaborative environments, this is a high-impact role where your domain knowledge will make a real difference.

Responsibilities

Elicit and analyse requirements from stakeholders to ensure shared understandingResearch business problems and document functional needs as user storiesMap customer journeys and create supporting artefacts like mock-ups and process flowsCommunicate technical constraints and non-functional requirements clearlyFacilitate Agile ceremonies and support iteration planning for smooth delivery

Experience

Strong experience with Payroll and HCM solutions (non-negotiable)Proven track record as a Business Analyst in product development teamsSkilled in user story writing and Agile documentationExperienced in modelling business / data processes using relevant toolsComfortable navigating stakeholder goals and facilitating consensus
