  • Your new opportunity
  • Reporting to the Group Learning & Development Manager, the Learning & Development Systems and Reporting Specialist will be the key user of the Penske Learning Management System (LMS). You will support the Learning & Development team and the broader Penske business to ensure the LMS is used efficiently and delivers maximum benefits.

    In this role you will :

    • Provide functional end-to-end ownership and promotion of Penske's Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • Manage and administer the LMSs for all original equipment manufacturers that interface with Penske systems
    • Provide data-based analytics and reporting
    • Develop, curate and maintain content
    • Recommend and implement process and business improvements based on need analysis and improvement initiatives
    • About you
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in administering Learning Management Systems - Cornerstone On Demand is preferred but not essential
    • Demonstrated experience in generating purposeful and effective reports and using data to identify gaps and opportunities
    • Attention to detail - high level of accuracy and ability to identify errors or discrepancies
    • Demonstrated computer competence, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to adapt to new systems
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills to clearly deliver information effectively to a target audience
    • Proven ability to autonomously manage competing priorities in an often-changing environment
