Health Safety and Wellbeing Adviserwill be a key member of the People and Culture Team. Success in this role will be defined by your pragmatic and customer centric approach to achieve our vision of having a transformational safety culture and driving positive wellbeing outcomes.Every day will be varied and challenging. You will have a broad remit that will includeBusiness PartneringAdvise stakeholders at all levels on best practice Health, Safety and Wellbeing legislation, systems and processes to create a strong safety culture.Safety Reporting and AuditingPlay a key role in the design, development and implementation of a robust reporting frameworks to drive a safety culture and conduct regular audits of safety systems and processes for improved outcomes.Organisational DevelopmentWork with the broader HR team create and deliver people related initiatives and interventions that support and enhance workplace wellbeing and culture.Workcover and Return to WorkLead and managed stakeholders on the end to end management of workplace injuries and return to work cases.OHS DocumentationEnsure that Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies, procedures and programs are maintained in line with best practice and relevant legislation.To be successful in this role you will possess the followingA relevant tertiary qualification or similar.At least 3 years' experience in a similar role dealing with both office and field-based environments and leading the WHS function.Demonstrated experience in auditing and management of WHS investigations is essential.Relevant auditor qualifications will be highly regarded.Demonstrated experience in Injury and return to work management.Established project management and change management skills.Excellent analytical and reporting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the work environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Must be willing to travel interstate regularly.Ideally a demonstrated understanding of legislation of multiple states in Australia.By joining Intrax, you will have access to a range of benefits includingBeing Recognised_Competitive salary, participation in company short-term incentives and other reward programs.Lifelong Learning_A range of benefits supporting individuals in continuous personal and professional development._Wellbeing_Initiatives and benefits that enhance and support your wellbeing, allowing you to bring your whole self to work each day._Work Environment_Options that allow you to set yourself and your team up to success and flourish in a modern, busy world._
