Awards and recognition incentives

Qualifications : Hold a Cerrtificate III, Diploma, Bachelor, or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care / Children's Services.

Certifications : Possess a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma Management, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.

Knowledge : Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safe Standards.

Experience : Demonstrate years of working experience with children aged birth-5 years in early childhood education setting

Child Protection Training : Completion of child protection training is mandatory.
