The ABCB ensures safe and sustainable building and plumbing systems through regulatory and non-regulatory measures. We'll show you how building regulations are developed, in collaboration with Australian governments and industry.
The ABCB is a joint initiative of the Commonwealth, State and Territory governments. We're a standards writing body that develops the NCC and administer the WaterMark and CodeMark Product Certification Schemes.

In this role you'll be working in a small team. Bring your enthusiasm and interest in communications and marketing to support the development of high-quality content and implementation of communications activities.
You will help shape social media and other communications and marketing material. Analyse content performance to support increased reach and engagement with audiences.

As the Communications and Social Media Coordinator at the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB), you will work on a range of communications and marketing tasks, with a focus on social media.

Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or a related field are desirable but not essential.
Part-time, job-share and full-time applicants will be considered.
Canberra is the preferred location, but co-location with other ABCB staff in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne may be considered.
