This award winning business has had continuous growth over several years.

Based in luxury offices, the Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in the implementation & delivery of a new software system.The Business Analyst key duties will include : Manage the communications between the project team and all relevant parties.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document project requirements, ensuring they align with the business objectives and user needs.Evaluate and analyse business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance performance.Create, implement, and execute test plans for new systems and features, ensuring they meet the required functional and quality standards.Develop user manuals, training documentation, and provide training sessions to ensure smooth user adoption and system understanding.Plan and coordinate usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement in the user experience.Key skills required : Experience within a similar role / implementation projectExperience in analytics and system developmentExcellent communication skillsExperience with process documentation, process mapping & user testingIf you are interested in working within a successful organisation, please contact Mark Caunce on 0435336512
