IT Operations Platform Lead - Genesys and Salesforce

One of Australia's most innovative organisations is currently looking for a Systems Specialist with a strong background in Genesys to help power the tools, people, and systems that keep their business running smoothly.

As the IT Operations Platform Lead, you will be at the centre of internal operations—delivering expert support across core IT systems including Salesforce, Genesys (PureCloud), corporate infrastructure, and cross-functional platforms. You will also champion corporate security initiatives, manage user onboarding automations, and support internal stakeholders across multiple sites.

To be successful in this role, you should ideally have a strong background in :

• VoIP systems (Genesys preferred)
• Salesforce administration
• Scripting (Python or equivalent)
• System integrations (SAML / SSO, IdP, Salesforce and Genesys).
• Automate user onboarding / offboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Engage with third-party vendors for IT / security issues.
• Deliver IT operations tasks : patching, upgrades, software installs.
• Supporting AWS and Google Workspace platforms.

In addition to this, experience supporting AWS and Google Workspace platforms is highly sought after.
