  • The Role

    • From Monday to Friday, step into a role where you will work 1 on 1 with an experienced Property Manager to co-manage a portfolio of properties located on the Central Coast. This role will see you further learn the ropes of real estate so you can progress to run your own portfolio or step across to sales.

  • Arrears management
  • Coordinating and conducting routine inspections
  • Ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Liaison with trades, chase maintenance quotes
  • Handling rent reviews and lease renewals
  • liaison with Tenants to arrange access to properties
  • Assist with bond and insurance claims
  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • A valid Australian Drivers Licence and reliable car
  • 12 months leasing or property management experience
  • Highly customer service focused
  • A passion to grow a long term career in real estate
  • The ability to work as a part of a team
