Support Analyst

Contract to 23 / 01 / 2026 | Brisbane CBD + WFH

We’re working with a leading Queensland government client to recruit an experienced Support Analyst. You will deliver service desk support to internal and external users of the digital platform. You are the first point of contact for the digital platform incidents and service requests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer user access according to the user access management controls
• Monitor the Digital Operations Support inbox and respond to requests
• Maintain accurate records for requests, incidents and change requirement in Atlassian (Jira and Jira Service Desk and Confluence)
• Contribute to continuous development of knowledge and process improvement to help build system knowledge, confidence and efficiencies.
• Communicate with stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.
• Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
