Customer Service

We are an International Wholesaler of innovatively designed, quality apparel. We are currently looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing support to our vast Customer base and our Internal Team at our Altona North location.

• Responsibilities include
• Proven Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A commitment to answering calls with a high level of efficiency to help ensure our Cusotmer queries are attended to as swiftly as possible.
• Ability to multi-task and meet agreed timeframes
• Ability to work both collaboratively and part of a team
• A flexible and self-motivated attitude
• Attention to detail
• Full time Monday to Friday, no weekend work and flexible work life balance

• Own transport as we are located in the Western Subsurbs
